LogoToMerch policy
Artwork and IP policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
Finding a logo or app icon online is not permission to turn it into merchandise. LogoToMerch reviews identity and authority before brand-specific production.
Required permission
- The ordering business must own or have permission to use every logo, icon, font, character, photo and other element.
- Agents and distributors must show authority from the brand owner and permission to subcontract production.
- A separate written permission is required before LogoToMerch may publish a client name, logo, icon or finished product as a case study.
Limited production license
For an approved request, the customer grants only the limited permission necessary to review, proof, sample, manufacture, inspect and deliver that order through contracted suppliers. No ownership transfers to LogoToMerch.
Review and refusal
Corporate-domain checks, entity records, app-developer names and authorization documents may be reviewed. Famous brands, mismatched ownership, free-email orders and unclear agency chains receive enhanced review or rejection.
Complaints
A production service must publish a working IP complaint address. A credible complaint triggers an order and shipment freeze, evidence preservation, customer response request and documented release, cancellation, destruction or recall decision.
