Information we collect

• Business identity, website, contact name, work email, role and delivery details.
• Brand or app URL, product preferences, project notes, consent records and referral information.
• Artwork is requested separately through a secure upload link only after an initial rights and company review.

How we use it

We use information to verify the ordering business, review artwork rights, prepare quotes and proofs, assess destination requirements, fulfill approved orders and handle support or legal claims. We do not treat uploaded client artwork as public portfolio content or training material without separate written permission.

Sharing and international transfers

We may share the minimum necessary information with contracted factories, testing laboratories, logistics providers, payment providers, professional advisers and authorities. EU or UK personal data requires an identified lawful basis, processor terms and an approved transfer mechanism before production use.

Security and retention

Inquiry data is protected through access controls and encrypted transfer and is deleted after 12 months of inactivity when no transaction or legal hold requires longer retention. Source-artwork uploads use private storage, single-use expiring links, file-signature and structural security screening, quarantine and a 90-day deletion schedule. Complex formats remain isolated until an offline malware review is recorded. Contract, tax and dispute records may be retained separately as required.
