Shipping, duties and importer policy

Written shipping terms

• Every quote identifies the destination, Incoterm, importer of record and party responsible for freight, duties, import VAT or sales tax.
• Customs classification, declared value, materials, origin and product description must be accurate.
• LogoToMerch will not under-declare value, misdescribe products, remove required origin marks or use unsupported certifications.

Restricted products and destinations

Products containing blades or magnets are accepted only after carrier, destination and use restrictions are reviewed. Sanctioned parties, embargoed destinations, anonymous forwarding and unexplained transshipment requests are rejected or frozen.

Timing and delivery risk

Delivery dates may be affected by compliance review, sample changes, customs inspection and carrier disruption. Event orders require a written buffer. The final agreement defines insurance, loss, damage, rejected entry, storage, return and destruction responsibility.
