Quotes and orders

• Website prices are illustrative product-only targets.
• A binding order requires a written quote, final specification, destination, Incoterm, payment terms and acceptance by LogoToMerch.
• Tooling, samples, testing, packaging, freight, duties, VAT or sales tax and payment fees are quoted separately unless expressly included.

Customer artwork and authority

The customer must own or hold all rights needed to reproduce and adapt submitted artwork for manufacturing and must have authority to bind the ordering business. LogoToMerch may request evidence, suspend work or reject an order when ownership, identity, use or destination is unclear.

Proofs, samples and changes

A digital proof approves appearance only. Mass production requires approval of the final specification and, when required, a physical sample. Any artwork, material, construction, quantity, packaging or destination change may alter price, testing and timing.

Payment and timing

New customers should expect prepayment of samples, tooling and testing and a deposit before production. Dates remain estimates until rights, compliance, payment and sample gates are complete.

Business-only service

Initial availability is limited to verified B2B orders. Consumer checkout is not offered. A signed order agreement will contain the controlling warranty, acceptance, remedy, liability and dispute terms.
